Speeding remains one of the leading contributors to road traffic collisions. This interactive online workshop helps drivers develop safer habits by focusing on the importance of speed compliance, stopping distances, and the real-world consequences of driving too fast.

 

Course Objectives

By the end of the session, delegates will:

  • Understand how to identify appropriate speed limits across different road types

  • Recognise the impact of speeding on stopping distances

  • Learn the legal and safety implications of exceeding speed limits

  • Gain practical knowledge to support defensive driving techniques

This workshop is not a substitute for the national Speed Awareness Course offered by the police following a Conditional Fixed Penalty Notice (CFPN).
