Viridor Waste Management

Pertemps Driver Training began supplying training services to Viridor Waste Management in 2009 and were initially approached to deliver Driver CPC training services for 4 of the Viridor depots. Following a successful implementation and positive feedback on delivery we were subsequently awarded the contract to deliver Driver CPC training services on a national scale, supplying all Viridor depots across the UK.

Over the course of the contract we have developed an excellent knowledge of Viridor’s operations, building relationships with all key Transport Managers, assisting them to coordinate training to minimise disruption to the day to day business.

Following regular course development meetings bespoke Driver CPC modules have been created covering subject matters that are key to Viridor to enhance the performance of their operation. By acting as an extension to Viridor’s own training division, all courses and training materials have been tailored to ensure consistency in the approach between Viridor’s internal training and the training delivered by Pertemps Driver Training.

A continual and positive partnership has ensured Viridor meet all training targets and have had a positive start to the new Driver CPC cycle.
